A few days ago, I visited the establishment for a radiesse treatment, expecting excellent results from the injections with the appropriate product. However, I have doubts about whether there was anything effective inside the syringe. To start, the location was inside another establishment, and they only had a tiny room that could barely fit three people, which was quite disappointing. I should have left immediately—this was my big mistake! Before the procedure, I specifically asked Sherie and another staff member if the product would be effective and whether they would take steps to ensure optimal results. They confidently assured me that it would. In the past, I received this treatment with a single syringe three times and was delighted with the immediate results. However, this time, I was left disappointed. I noticed no improvement, and the attitudes of both ladies were discouraging. The day after the treatment, I shared photos to illustrate my experience and the negative results. I expected constructive feedback or solutions, but instead, I received excuses despite having invested a significant amount of money. It is clear that my expectations for quality service were misplaced. I urge the providers to reassess their approach and improve their communication with clients. Transparency, accountability, professionalism, and honesty are essential for building trust and satisfaction among customers. Establishing a reputable business requires a serious commitment to customer care, which I hope will be prioritized moving forward. Unfortunately, the reality is that working in that dark, unsanitary space (they did not even have clean paper sheets on the bed, which was disgusting!) will not encourage customers to return. Additionally, no beverages were offered, and a friend walked in during the procedure, bringing even more germs. Dishonesty and smart comments will not win customers either. In conclusion, I am disappointed that I was charged for a service that was not delivered. It is unfair, dishonest, and unprofessional to take my money without fulfilling your end of the agreement. I hope you address this issue promptly and reconsider how you handle such matters moving forward.
